Atlas Rigging & Transfer offers our clients state-of-the-art computerized tracking and documentation. From start to finish, your job is performed in the most efficient manner, thanks to our sophisticated electronic documentation and approval processes. This allows us ensure, at least a month ahead of time, that all equipment needed to complete your project is available.
Here’s a quick overview of how our electronic documentation process works:
Evaluation and Assessment
Once we have all the information we need about your project, our team of specialists figures out what it takes to successfully complete your project on time and on budget. Then, we put together a proposal for you.
Proposal Evaluation and Finalization
The project manager assigned to your job works with you on your proposal. Once you are satisfied and sign off on it, your job moves to the project outline stage.
After approving your proposal, we implement our project management software to create a complete schedule that includes milestones and deadlines. Once we have the schedule nailed down, your project moves quickly.
With our streamlined documentation process, all your purchase orders are sent, signed, changed if needed, and approved by you electronically. This is the quickest way to keep your project moving forward.
Once your project is set in motion, it is tracked online by our project managers every step of the way. With our sophisticated electronic documentation and approval process, we keep in touch with you through every phase of your project, speed up your delivery, and lessen any delays.
At Atlas, we are sticklers about quality, and keep you aware of all aspects of your project. For instance, we’re able to keep track of the humidity and temperature in your shipment crate as it journeys to a new destination. We’re also alerted if your shipment has been dropped, tilted, reached a certain temperature or humidity — and we let you know as soon as we find out.
