Atlas worked with Vanderlande, a global manufacturer of baggage handling systems, to install the first of its kind robotic system called FLEET. This is a self-service system that travelers use to check their bags and send them to the appropriate conveyors using autonomous vehicles. The system can handle up to 450 bags per hour and is being used in a pilot program at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

This was a great opportunity for Atlas to flex its technological muscles as it integrated state-of-the-art equipment with a conventional baggage conveyor system.
